2019 Year end update

we hope you had a merry christmas and a happy new year.

Because of your support, we were able to bring Christmas to 657 plus men and women serving across the globe!

We sent 657 individual Christmas stockings/care packages and paid $2,880 in postage!!

in November and december we were represented at

  • November 3, 2019, 8:30 – 3:30p Rock Roll & Rescue benefiting Rescue, Rehome, animals at Big Mikes Denham Springs.  Car show, pet adoptions, music.
  • November 15-17, 2019, Bayou Showdown Car Show at The Harbor, Slidell, LA  
  • November 16, 2019, Veteran Parade, downtown.  
  • November 16, 2019, 10 -am – Noon.  Nation of Patriots, Disabled veteran distribution and luncheon.
  • Dec 11  Capital One service project, made and mailed Christmas stocking/care packages to soldiers with BRSO!  Thank you Capital One!
  • Dec. 13 No senior eats alone, Humana Community Center. A big Thank you to Humana for another opportunity to be with our community!
  • Dec 14 Barnes and Noble, gift wrapping, Thank you to Kelly, Mallory, Halie, and Charity!  A big THANK YOU TO BARNES AND NOBLES for providing another opportunity for us!!!
  • Dec 20 Barnes and Noble, gift wrapping.  Thank you to Woodlawn ROTC, Susan, Brenda and me!
